H13/1.2344/SKD61 Hot Work Steel

1. Electroslag remelting steel, high purity: good dissolution resistance. 2. Uniform structure, good thermal strength, toughness, and anti-corrosion for high-temperature liquid metal. 3. Good resistance to high-temperature tempering, steady hardness working under 600°C, and low dimensional distortion. 4. Cold and hot fatigue resistance, strong resistance to cracking. 

Application

1. Full hardness (52-54HRC) plastic molds with higher requirements for polishing and longevity, such as Bakelite plastic molds. 2. Die-casting molds of lead, zinc, and aluminum alloy (such as engine radiators, lamps, and decorations). 3. Aluminum extrusion molds such as Aluminum window&door, and computer radiators. 4. Hot forging molds such as auto-connecting rods, cranks, and stainless dinner knives. 5. Low-yielding cooper and aluminum alloy extrusion and die-casting mold.
