1.2842/O2/9Mn2V Cold Work Tool Steel 
has high hardness and wear resistance. Microdeformation and good hardenability when quenching. Due to a certain content of vanadium, the steel grain is refined and the sensitivity of steel to overheating is reduced. Meanwhile, the carbides are fine and uniformly distributed.

Application

1. Suitable for manufacturing all kinds of precision measuring tools and samples, as well as generally required punching dies, cold pressing dies, engraving dies, blanking dies, etc., as well as structural parts such as screw rods of machine tools.
2. For manufacturing of various cold stamping dies and tools with large sections, complex shapes and heavy working conditions, such as punch, edge cutting dies, edge rolling dies, deep drawing dies for steel plate, circular saws, standard tools and gauges, thread rolling dies, etc.
