1.2738/P20+Ni/3Cr2NiMo Plastic Mold Steel

1.2738 plastic mold steel with excellent polishability properties, good wear resistance, high hardness, good machinability, suitable for surface treatment, can be processed by nitride.

1.2738 plastic mold steel suitable for large injection and compression molds for plastic processing 400 mm thickness such as TV chassis, copiers, bumpers, shock absorbers, garbage, and dashboards, and die casting.

Application

For the production of plastic molds and casting low-melting metal materials, this steel has good machinability and mirror grinding performance.
