DC53/Cr8Mo2SiV Cold Work Tool Steel

The toughness of DC53 is twice as SKD11. It is outstanding in cold working die steel. Therefore, the products made of DC53 rarely have cracks and cracks, which greatly improves the service life. The residual stress after WEDM is reduced by high temperature tempering.

Wire cutting precision blanking die and stamping die for various purposes.
